摘要
黄芩中有效成分含量测定方法有高效液相色谱法、反相高效液相色谱法、近红外光谱法、超高效液相色谱法、超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术等。综述黄芩有效成分含量测定研究进展,为进一步开展黄芩相关研究提供参考。
Methods for the determination of active components in scutellaria scutellaria baicalensis include high performance liquid chromatography,reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,near infrared spectroscopy,ultra high performance liquid chromatography,ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,etc.This paper reviewed the research progress on the determination of active components in scutellaria baicalensis,in order to provide references for further studies on scutellaria baicalensis.
