摘要
通过分析高校食品实验室管理状况及存在的各种问题,将6T管理法引入高校食品实验室建设,用来解决实验室使用和管理中现存的各种问题,为改善高校食品实验室的环境提供有效的方法。
By analyzing the management status and existing problems of food laboratory in colleges and inuniversities,the 6T management method is introduced into the construction of food laboratory in colleges and inuniversities to solve the existing problems in the use and management of laboratory,in order to provide effective methods for improving the environment of university food laboratory.
