摘要
分析传统茶叶加工技术课程模式存在问题,基于“职业能力为主线”的教育理念,以学生学习能力提升为主要目标,遵循以职业能力拓展效果为中心的原则,提出一种多元融合课程设计与教学模式,为实现茶艺与茶叶营销专业教育水平提升提供帮助。
This paper analyzes the problems existed in the traditional tea processing technology curriculum model,based on the education concept of Vocational Ability as the Main Line,students learning ability as the main goal,following the principle of focusing on the effect of professional ability expansion,put forward a multi-integration curriculum design and teaching mode,in order to provide reference for realizing the upgrading of the tea art and tea marketing professional education.
