水质石油类紫外分光光度法可行性研究

摘要 石油类在开采、运输、装卸加工、使用过程中易泄露,易排放,被列入危险废弃物名录。检测从重量法变为红外分光光度法。2019年1月1日起,我国履行停止实验室用途使用四氯化碳(CTC)的承诺。按照生态环境部的要求,地表水、地下水、海水中的石油类采用紫外分光光度法。按照国家标准的要求进行验证实验,包括标准曲线、检出限验证、准确度验证,结果显示,紫外分光光度法有利于更低浓度石油类检出。 Petroleum substance is easy to leak and discharge in the process of exploitation,transport,loading and unloading,processing and using,so it is listed as hazardous waste.The detection method of petroleum substances also changed from the initial gravimetric method to the infrared spectrophotometry.China has fulfilled its commitment to stop the use of Carbon tetrachloride(CTC)for laboratory purposes from January 1,2019.According to the requirements of the ministry of ecological environment,a new standard method has been established for the determination of petroleum in water.The relevant verification tests are carried out according to the requirements of national standard,including the standard curve,the detection limit verification and accuracy verification.The results demonstrated that the methods verification is feasible,which is an effective method for the detection of lower concentration petroleum.
