Thoughts and Explorations on How English Majors Carry out Innovation and Entrepreneurship

高等院校创新创业教育是提高当代大学生就业率,更好地服务社会,融入岗位的重要途径。英语专业作为一门实践性很强的语言学科,加强当代英语专业学生创新创业教育,是增强学生实践能力,提高学生就业率的重要任务。本文主要结合实际工作经验,首先分析了培养英语专业学生创新创业意识的必要性,然后论述了英语专业学生创新创业教育存在的问题和相应的解决对策,希望通过本次研究对广大教育工作者有一定帮助。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important way to improve the employment rate of contemporary college students,better serve the society and integrate into the post.As a highly practical linguistic subject,it is an important task for English majors to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education of contemporary English majors to enhance their practical ability and improve their employment rate.Based on the practical experience,this paper first analyses the necessity of cultivating English majors’ innovative and entrepreneurial awareness,then discusses the problems existing in the innovative and entrepreneurial education of English majors and the corresponding solutions,hoping that this study will be helpful to educators.
