人口结构视角下的大城市周边农村功能提升规划策略研究——以南京市浦口区周营村为例

Research on the Planning Strategies for the Improvement of Rural Functions Around Metropolis Based on Population Structure——A Case of Zhou Ying Village in Pukou District, Nanjing

在过去近二十年里,我国的城乡结构发生了巨大的变化,农村剩余劳动力的流动、转移加快了我国城镇化进程。农村人口结构也因大量的人口转移产生了重大改变。本文基于历年我国人口与就业统计年鉴数据,对我国2005-2017年的全国农村人口结构进行了分类整理,并以实地调研的方式,对南京市浦口区周营村进行了人口数据采集,得到周营村人口结构特征,指出人口结构与当今农村现存问题之间的内在影响关系。综合政策背景和该村发展现状,本文从规划的角度提出了农村功能提升策略,以便实现和谐的农村社会与合理的人口结构之间的良性循环。

In the past two decades, China’s urban-rural structure has undergone tremendous changes, and the flow and transfer of rural surplus labor force has accelerated the process of urbanization in China. The rural population structure also has taken significant changes because of the massive population transfer. Based on the population and employment statistics yearbook in our country, this paper sorts out the national rural population structure from 2005 to 2017. By means of field investigation in Zhou Ying Village in Pukou District, Nanjing, this paper collects the population data of the village, analyzes the characteristics of the population structure of the village, and points out the internal influential relationship between population structure and the problems existing in the rural currently. According to the policy background and the development status of the village, this paper puts forward the strategy of rural function improvement from the perspective of planning, so as to achieve a virtuous circle between harmonious rural society and reasonable population structure.
