Comprehensive Evaluation of Industrial Land Based on Multivariate Data——A Case of Xinghua Economic Development Zone

基于工业园区普遍面临发展的背景,文章选取兴化经开区为研究对象,从工业用地综合效益评估和工业用地适宜性评价两方面着手,探讨工业用地更新评估思路,旨在为后续的工业用地更新提供参考,并为类似地区城市更新提供一个技术框架。

Based on the background that industrial parks are generally facing development, selecting Xinghua Economic Development Zone as the research object, this paper discusses the evaluation of industrial land renewal from two aspects of comprehensive benefit evaluation of industrial land and suitability evaluation of industrial land so as to provide a reference for subsequent industrial land renewal and provide a technical framework for urban renewal in similar areas.
