昆明理工大学怡园食堂二层屋顶休憩平台使用后评价研究

Research on Post Occupancy Evaluation on the Second Floor Roof-Open Platform in Yiyuan Canteen of Kunming University of Science and Technology

使用后评价作为一种系统化、规范化评价建成建筑及其环境的研究方法,正在被广泛地应用于各种建成环境及建筑的使用评价中。本文选取昆明理工大学怡园食堂二楼屋顶休憩平台作为研究对象,就怡园食堂二楼屋顶休憩平台的场地现状、使用者反馈的问题,以及场地中存在的问题进行了研究分析,做出昆明理工大学怡园食堂二楼屋顶休憩平台的使用后评价分析,对以后昆明理工大学怡园食堂二楼屋顶休憩平台的建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

As a systematic and standardized method to evaluate the built buildings and their environment, post occupancy evaluation is widely applied in the evaluation of the built environment and buildings. This paper selects the dining room on the second floor roof-open platform in Kunming University of Science and Technology as the research object, analyzes the current problems and the users’ feedback of the second floor roof-open platform in Yiyuan Canteen, and conducts post occupancy evaluation on this platform. It can be a reference for the construction of the second floor open-roof platform in Yiyuan Canteen of Kunming University of Science and Technology.
