基于马斯洛需求理论的老人疗养院室外空间环境设计研究

Study on Outdoor Space Environment Design of Sanatorium for the Elderly Based on Maslow’s Demand Theory

本文将马斯洛需求层次理论与老人疗养院室外空间环境相结合,设计适宜型疗养院室外空间环境应从生理、安全、社交、尊重、自我实现这五个需求层次出发,并对疗养院老年人活动时间、内容、空间等行为特征进行分析后,得出设计适宜型疗养院室外空间环境应包含室外空间序列、交通系统空间、锻炼空间、休闲活动空间、标识与照明等方面。

This paper combines Maslow’s need-hierarchy theory with the outdoor space environment of nursing homes for the elderly, and designs nursing homes with suitable outdoor space environment from five demand levels of physiology, safety, social interaction, respect and self-realization. After analyzing the behavioral characteristics of activity time, content and space of the elderly in sanatorium, it is concluded that the outdoor space environment of suitable sanatorium should include outdoor space sequence, transportation system space, exercise space, leisure activity space, identification and lighting, and so on.
