Study on Environmental Renewal Design of the Existing Residential Areas

从宏观角度而言,既有住区是指已经落成的居住小区。对既有住区环境实施更新设计,可在切实改善各项环境问题的同时,不断提升住区价值与民众生活质量,是一项真正造福于民的民生工程。本文以既有住区环境现状分析为切入点,对小区环境更新设计展开深层次的探究,以期为小区环境改造与更新提供一些理论方面的支持。

From a macro perspective, the existing residential area refers to the residential area that has been completed. The implementation of environmental renewal design for the existing residential areas can not only effectively improve various environmental problems, but also continuously improve the value of residential areas and the quality of people’s lives. It is a livelihood project that benefits the public. Based on the analysis on the current situation of the existing residential environment, this paper will carry out in-depth research on the environmental renewal design of the residential environment, hoping to provide some theoretical support for the environmental transformation and renewal of the existing residential environment.
