随着社会的进步与科学技术的快速发展,BIM技术应运而生。此技术被广泛运用在我国建筑工程项目施工管理过程当中,这样能够保证建筑工程项目施工管理活动的正常开展,提高施工管理的质量与实际成效,这对促进我国建筑领域的健康可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。基于此,本文分析了BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用优势,探究了当前BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用现状,提出了BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用策略,期望经过本研究为未来的有关研究提供相应的参考。

With the progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology, BIM technology continues to develop. This technology is widely used in the construction management process of China’s construction projects, which can ensure the normal development of construction project management activities, improve the quality and practical results of construction management, and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of China’s construction sector. Based on this, this paper analyzes the application advantages of BIM technology in construction management of construction engineering, explores the current application status of BIM technology in construction management of construction engineering, and puts forward the application strategy of BIM technology in construction management of construction engineering. It is hoped that this paper can be a reference for future research.
