Research on Safety Management of International Engineering Projects

不同国家和地区的项目因国情不同,在安全管理上存在巨大差异,也加大了国际工程项目安全管理的难度。文章通过对本公司国际工程项目安全管理在安全文化、物资设备、技术等方面的安全管理的差异性进行探究,总结出管理工作中的重点、难点及相应的对策。

Due to different national conditions, projects in different countries and regions have major differences in safety management, which increase the difficulty in safety management of international engineering projects. This paper explores the difference of safety management in safety culture, safety equipment, technology, etc. in international engineering projects, and summarizes the key points, difficulties and corresponding countermeasures of the management work.
