随着建筑业的蓬勃发展,人们对建筑工程的要求也越来越高,绿色建筑的概念逐渐被重视。建筑工程企业为了在市场竞争中提高自身竞争力,也在不断地进行变革,因此,可持续的绿色施工逐渐成为建筑工程发展的新潮流。本文将基于当前我国建筑工程项目绿色施工管理所处的初级阶段,以保护环境为宗旨,试图对建筑企业如何建立并实施科学的绿色施工管理展开分析,从而希望能为建筑企业全面快速建成绿色施工管理体系贡献一分力量。

With the vigorous development of the construction industry, people have increasingly demands for the construction projects. The concept of green construction also attracts more and more attention. Construction engineering enterprises are constantly changing in order to improve their competitiveness in the market competition. Therefore, sustainable green construction has gradually become the new trend of the construction projects. In recent years, the construction industry has developed rapidly, and the concept of green building has gradually been valued. In order to improve their competitiveness in the market competition, construction engineering companies are constantly changing, so sustainable green construction has gradually become a new trend in the development of construction engineering. Based on the current stage of green construction management of China’s construction projects, this paper aims to protect the environment and attempts to analyze how the construction enterprises establish and implement scientific green construction management, and hopes to make contributions for the construction enterprises to quickly and comprehensively conduct green construction.
