ASL灌注成像技术基本原理及在脑小血管疾病的研究进展

The basic principle of ASL perfusion imaging technology and its research progress in cerebral small vessel disease

脑小血管病(Cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)是引起患者认知功能障碍的血管源性因素,其发病率约占急性缺血性脑卒中的25%。动脉自旋标记技术(arterial spin labeling,ASL)能较好的反映脑组织血流灌注的情况,在研究CSVD的发病机制、病变演进及预后评价等方面起到重要的作用。本文从ASL原理及CSVD现状与应用进展做一综述。

Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is an angiogenic factor that causes cognitive dysfunction in patients,and its incidence accounts for about 25%of acute ischemic stroke.Arterial spin labeling(ASL)can better reflect the blood perfusion of brain tissue,and play a vital role in the study of the pathogenesis,pathological evolution and prognosis evaluation of CSVD.This paper reviews the ASL principle and the status quo and application of the CSCD.
