探讨多排螺旋CT评估心肌桥及伴发血管粥样硬化病变的诊断价值

To explore the diagnostic value of MS CT in evaluating myocardial bridge and associated atherosclerotic lesions

目的:研究探讨多排螺旋C T评估心肌桥及伴发血管粥样硬化病变的诊断价值。方法:随机选取2019年7月—11月于我院接受治疗的心肌桥及伴发血管粥样硬化病变患者30例作为研究对象,并采用随机分组法将其分为研究组和对比组。其中给予研究组患者飞利浦ICT(256层)CT检查,给予对比组患者CAG检查。统计对比两组患者检出率、漏诊和误诊率以及图像质量和检查不良反应发生率。结果:通过对两组患者进行不同的方法检查,使用飞利浦I C T(256层)C T检查的患者,其检出率和图像质量明显高于行C A G检查的患者,漏诊率和误诊率以及不良反应发生率明显低于行CAG检查的患者,且两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多排螺旋CT应用在心肌桥的临床检查中,其能大幅度提高心肌桥的临床检出率,减少漏诊、误诊的发生概率,进一步确保患者接受及时、有效的治疗。因此,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MS CT in evaluating myocardial bridge and associated atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 30 patients with myocardial bridge and associated atherosclerosis who were treated in our hospital from July to November 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into study group and control group by random grouping method.The study group was given 256 slice spiral CT examination,and the control group was given CAG examination.The detection rate,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate,image quality and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate and image quality of MSCT examination were significantly higher than those of CAG examination.The rate of missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis and adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of CAG examination,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 256-slice spiral CT in the clinical examination of myocardial bridge can greatly improve the clinical detection rate of myocardial bridge,reduce the probability of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and further ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
