对传统医德、现代医学职业精神进行内涵的提炼,梳理二者之间的关系,指出"继承"与"创新"在传统医德中的必要性与现实性。从立足时代、立足实践、立足全球、立足自信4个维度对传统医德进行价值挖掘和阐发,在继承与创新中,实现传统医德向现代医学职业精神的发展。

This paper refined the connotation of traditional medical ethics and modern medical professionalism,combed the relationship between them,pointed out the necessity and reality of "inheritance" and "innovation" of traditional medical ethics.The value of traditional medical ethics was excavated and elucidated from four dimensions:the era,the practice,the global and the self-confidence.In the process of inheritance and innovation,the transformation and development from traditional medical ethics to modern medical professional spirit will be realized.
