社区老年人感知医患关系与健康相关生命质量关系的探讨

Study on Relationship between Perceived Doctor-patient Relationship and Health-related Quality of Life among the Elderly in Community

目的探讨社区老年人感知医患关系与健康相关生命质量的关系。方法采用问卷调查法对吉林市5个社区65周岁以上的188名老年人进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析,分析医患关系和健康相关生命质量的相关性。结果医患关系总分为30.81士6.73分,健康相关生命质量总分为9.23士2.36分;社区老年人对健康自评得分为75.41士13.89分;社区老年人感知医患关系与健康相关生命质量的相关系数为0.347(P<0.01)。结论社区老年人感知医患关系与健康相关生命质量呈正相关,要提高老年人的健康相关生命质量,改善医患关系是其中较为重要的环节。

Objective To investigate the relationship between perceived doctor-patient relationship and health related quality of life of the elderly in community.Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 188 people over the age of 65 in 5 communities in Jilin City and Pearson correlation analysis was used.Results The total scores of doctor-patient relationship scale and health related quality of life scale(EQ-5 D)were 30.81±6.73 and 9.23±2.36.The score of visual analogue scale was 75.41±13.89.Correlation coefficient between the elderly’s relationship between perceived doctor-patient relationship and health related quality of life was 0.347(P<0.01).Conclusion There were close associations between perceived doctor-patient relationship and health related quality of life.The most important link to improve the health related quality of life of the elderly in community is to change the doctor-patient relationship.
