既有建筑办公空间节能改造策略研究——以BIM的应用为例

Study on the Energy-Saving Renovation Strategy of Office Space in the Existing Buildings——A Case of the Application of BIM

本文以既有建筑办公空间为研究对象,以节能改造为研究出发点,从自然条件、经济条件、技术条件三个方面分析了影响办公建筑空间节能改造的因素,并结合BIM技术在既有建筑办公空间节能改造中的应用及案例分析,提出了既有建筑办公空间节能改造策略。

This paper takes the office space of the existing building as the research object,starts from the energy-saving transformation,analyzes the factors that affect the energy-saving transformation of the office space from three aspects of natural conditions,economic conditions and technical conditions,and puts forward the energy-saving transformation strategy of the office space in the existing building based on the application and case analysis of BIM technology in the energy-saving transformation of the office space in the existing building.
