后扩招时代建筑类高职院校工匠人才培养策略研究

Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Craftsman Talents in the Discipline of Architecture in Higher Vocational Colleges in Post-Enrollment Expansion Era

自从20世纪末高等教育扩招以来,高职教育取得了飞速发展,高职院校为国家和社会培养了一批批专业型、技能型、创新型人才。尤其是"中国制造2025"行动纲领的提出,更加要求高职院校贯彻落实工匠精神,培育更多工匠人才,对于建筑类高职院校而言,有必要进一步分析建筑行业的人才需求现状与培养目标,明确工匠人才培养定位,最终创新完善后扩招时代建筑类高职院校工匠人才培养策略,为我国建筑行业的创新发展提供新思路。

Since the expansion of higher education enrollment at the end of last century, higher vocational education has achieved rapid development, and higher vocational colleges have cultivated a batch of professional, skilled and innovative talents for the country and the society. Especially, the plan of "Made in China 2025" is put forward, which requires higher vocational colleges to carry out the spirit of craftsman and cultivate more craftsman talents. For in higher vocational colleges in the discipline of architecture, it is necessary to further analyze the current talent demand of the construction industry and the training goal, clear the cultivation orientation of craftsmen talents, and finally improve the strategy for the cultivation of craftsman talents by higher vocational colleges in the discipline of architecture in postenrollment expansion era so as to provide new thoughts for the innovation and development of construction industry in China.
