“三生融合”视角下的智能制造产业园规划探究——以内蒙古和林格尔新区智能制造产业园建设项目规划设计方案为例 被引量:7

摘要 科学技术的飞速发展和人工智能与大数据的广泛运用,导致传统的制造产业园难以应对现阶段的发展诉求问题。与传统产业园相比,智能制造产业园有着功能复合化、使用人群多样化、空间组织丰富化、园区建设人性化、系统智能化、发展社区化的特征,但由于建设处于初期状态,存在产业空间与结构单一、生活空间吸引力不足、重建设轻生态等问题。在这样的背景下,文章从园区功能、服务配套、生态环境方面提出了智能制造产业园规划的相应策略,并以内蒙古和林格尔新区智能制造产业园建设项目规划设计方案为例,在三生融合的视角下,尝试实现智能制造产业园的生产、生态、生活一体化,协调发展。从景观生态、空间结构、产业发展、公共服务设施配置及绿色建筑等方面对智能制造产业园区的规划与设计展开探讨,以期实现三生并重、三生融合发展的目标。 With the rapid development of science and technology and the extensive use of artificial intelligence and big data, the traditional manufacturing industry park has been unable to meet the development needs at this stage. Compared with the traditional industrial park, the intelligent manufacturing industrial park has the characteristics of functional compounding, diversified population, enrichment of spatial organization, humanization of park construction, system intelligence, and development of community. However, due to the initial state of construction, there are problems such as single industrial space and structure, insufficient attraction of living space, attention of construction and neglect of ecology. Under such a background, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for the planning of intelligent manufacturing industrial park from the aspects of park function, service matching and ecological environment, takes the planning and design plan of the intelligent manufacturing industrial park construction project in Linger New District in Inner Mongolia as an example, and tries to realize the integration of production, ecology and life and coordinated development of the intelligent manufacturing industrial park from the perspective of triple fusion. From the aspects of landscape ecology, spatial structure, industrial development, public service facilities allocation and green building, the planning and design of intelligent manufacturing industrial parks are discussed in order to achieve the goal of equal emphasis on the development of production, life and ecology and realize the fused development of the three aspects.
