摘要
目前,许多大城市已经建成了一定规模的轨道交通,为了提高轨道交通的吸引力,减少小汽车出行,不少城市建设了一定数量的小汽车停车换乘停车场。如何合理地规划P+R停车场,充分发挥P+R停车场的作用,是轨道交通建成后面临的重要问题。本文在上海P+R发展经验的基础上,研究了停车换乘停车场的功能和定位,基于停车换乘的使用特征,提出了停车换乘停车场规划思路和方法,并给出了同心圆型城市的P+R布局方案,用于支持停车换乘系统的规划和选址。
More and more metro are constructed in large cities. To improve the attraction of the railways and reduce car trips, many cities have already built a sum of car park and ride lots. How to reasonably plan the P+R lots and fully play its role is an important problem when the railway lots is completed. Based on the experiences of Shanghai, the function and orientation of the park and ride lots is studies and analyzed. According to the characteristics of park and transfer, this paper puts forward the planning ideas and methods of P+R lots, and brings forward the P+R layout plan for the concentric cities, which is used to support the planning and site selection of P+R lots.
