昆明翠湖公园使用后评价(POE)研究

Research on Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) of Kunming Cuihu Park

翠湖公园作为昆明城市文脉之一,沉淀了悠久的文化历史,寄存着昆明人的城市记忆。多年来,经过政府、企业的不断规划设计,如今翠湖公园已成为昆明城市中心的名片。但改造后的翠湖公园效果如何,以及如何评判规划的成果是人们越来越关注的话题。现今国内公园中,从公园使用者出发的评价经常被规划者和机构忽略。使用后评价(POE)是一种从使用者角度出发的评估体系,本文结合观察法从使用者的角度出发,分析使用者对于翠湖公园的使用后评价,提出对翠湖公园的改进建议。

Cuihu park, as one of the cultural veins in Kunming, has accumulated a long cultural history and deposited the city memories of Kunming people. After years of continuous planning and design by the government and enterprises, Cuihu park has become the name card park of Kunming in the center area of the city. However, what is the effect of the transformed Cuihu and how to judge the planning results is a topic that people pay more and more attention. In domestic parks, the evaluation from the perspective of park users is often ignored by the planning personnel and institutions. Post occupancy evaluation(POE) is a kind of evaluation system from the perspective of users. Therefore, this paper, based on the observation method and from the perspective of the users, analyzes the users’ post occupancy evaluation of Cuihu park, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement of Cuihu park.
