摘要
文章以福建省农科院综合实验中心工程项目为例,深入分析了钻孔灌注桩承载力不足的原因,详细阐述了桩端后注桩施工工艺原理和施工技术要点,分析了桩端后注桩、注浆注意事项。经工程实践证明,桩端后注桩施工工艺能够有效提高钻孔灌注桩承载力,改善桩端沉降问题,具有良好的应用实践价值。
Taking the comprehensive experimental center project of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the insufficient bearing capacity of bored pile, expounds the construction technology principle and key points of the post injection pile at the pile end in detail, and analyzes the precautions for the post grouting pile at the pile end. It has been proved by engineering practice that the construction technology of post grouting pile at pile end can effectively improve the bearing capacity of bored pile and the settlement of pile end, which has good practical value.
