建筑工程管理的现状及控制措施分析

自改革开放以来,我国的建筑行业就一直处于蓬勃发展状态,持续至今。商业地产、国家项目、省市基建等行政体系、民营公司都在建筑领域取得了长足的进步,但因为发展速度过快,让本就具备一定风险性的建筑工程行业出现了法律、经济、质量、安全等方面的种种问题。想要杜绝各类问题的层出不穷,就需要从管理学角度出发,找到合理、合法、合规的有效控制措施。本文基于以上思路,提出一些管控措施,以供大家分享。

Since the reform and opening up, China’s construction industry has been in a state of vigorous development so far. Commercial real estate, national projects, provincial and municipal infrastructure and other administrative systems, and private companies have made considerable progress in the field of construction. However, due to the rapid development, there are various problems in law, economy, quality, safety and other aspects in the construction engineering industry with certain risks. Most of these problems are caused by omissions in management or deliberate loopholes. To eliminate the endless problems, it is necessary to find reasonable, legal and compliant effective control measures from the perspective of management. Based on the above ideas, this paper puts forward some control measures for a reference.
