Research and Application of Innovative Thinking in Project Management of Geotechnical Engineering Investigation——A Case of the City Complex(Ⅲ) Project in Gui’an New District in Guizhou

本文阐述了创新思维在贵州贵安新区城市综合体(三)项目勘察阶段的应用方式,并对创新思维在实际勘察项目管理中的应用进行了分析,研究表明创新思维能够有效提高勘察项目的管理水平。

This paper expounds the application mode of innovative thinking in the investigation stage of urban complex(Ⅲ) project in Gui’an New District, Guizhou. After analyzing and studying the application of innovative thinking in actual investigation project management, it shows that innovative thinking can effectively improve the management level of investigation project.
