摘要
本文主要探究利用含铬革屑制备工业明胶的浸灰过程,通过探究不同氧化钙的用量以及浸灰时间对含铬革屑浸灰处理的影响,最终得到产率高、黏度大的工业明胶。结果表明其最佳的浸灰工艺路线为:氧化钙的用量为绝干革屑重量的16%、浸泡时间为4 d、表面活性剂的用量为0.2%,然后用清水对预处理的含铬革屑进行清洗,再用稀盐酸中和含铬革屑内部无法用清水洗掉的氧化钙,最后进行提胶。
In this paper,the ash leaching process of the industrial gelatin prepared by using chrome-containing leather shavings was mainly explored,through the different calcium oxide dosage and liming time which affected liming treatment of chrome-containing leather shavings.Finally,industrial gelatin with high yield and high viscosity was obtained.The results showed the best liming process route was:the amount of calcium oxide was 16%of the weight of the absolute dry shavings,the soaking time was 4d,the amount of surfactant was 0.2%.Then,the pretreated chrome shavings was cleaned by clear water,and the calcium oxide inside the chrome shavings that cannot be washed away with water was neutralized by dilute hydrochloric acid,and finally gelatin extraction.
