摘要 以聚乳酸(PLA)和聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)为基体材料,利用茶多酚(TP)对材料的结构性能进行表征,通过静电纺丝机制备出PBC/PLA/TP全生物降解薄膜,采用傅立叶红外分析(FTIR)对材料的结构进行表征,通过热重分析(TG)研究了TP对共混材料热稳定性的影响,并对薄膜进行力学性能测试.结果 表明,PBC/PLA/TP全生物降解薄膜相容性好,且随着TP含量的增加,其热稳定性,力学性能等有所提高. Polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene carbonate (PBC) were used as the matrix materials. The structural properties of the materials were characterized by tea polyphenols (TP). PBC/PLA/TP was prepared by electrospinning machine. The biodegradable film was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The effects of TP on the thermal stability of the blended materials were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that the biodegradable PBC/PLA/TP material has good compatibility. With the increase of TP content, the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the fully biodegradable PBC/PLA/TP film are improved.
