红树莓枝叶提取液对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究红树莓枝叶提取液对肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响,采用单因素分组设计,将1日龄肉鸡随机分为红树莓枝叶提取液高、中、低剂量添加组和空白对照组4组,前3组在基础日粮中添加红树莓枝叶提取液,剂量分别为2.0mL/只、1.0mL/只、0.5mL/只,药物添加期为7 d,空白对照组按常规饲喂,均常规免疫,于6、14和35日龄时进行采样,测定肉鸡体重、法氏囊和脾脏脏器指数和新城疫抗体水平。结果显示,红树莓枝叶提取液对肉鸡体重无显著影响(P>0.05),但能不同程度提高肉鸡免疫器官指数和新城疫抗体水平,建议把红树莓枝叶提取液1.0mL/只作为临床推荐剂量。 This study was aimed to investigate the effect of red raspberry branches and leavesextract on the growth performance performance and immune function of broilers.Grouping bysingle factor design was used with 1-day-old broilers were randomly divided into red raspberryleaf extract high,medium,low dose group and the blank control group four groups,the first 3groups in basic diet,raspberry leaves extract is added to the dose of 2.0 mL/only,1.0 mL/only,0.5mL/only,add period for 7 day,according to the conventional feeding blank control group,both routine immunization,the samples were collected at 6,14 and 35 days and the weight and immune organs index and ND antibody levels were determined.(Result)The results showed thatthe extract had no significant effect on the body weight of broiler chickens(P>0.05),but it couldimprove the immune organ index and ND antibody level.It is suggested that the extract of redraspberry branches and leaves 1.0mL/only should be used as the recommended clinical dose.
