碳纤维复材网格黏结性能试验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE BONDING PROPERTIES OF CFRP GRIDS

摘要 :碳纤维增强复合材料网格是一种近年来工程应用日益广泛的新型高性能工程材料&通过对12个梁式试件进行静力荷载试验,得到碳纤维复材网格与混凝土黏结性能和锚固长度的试验结果,探讨了埋置长度%横向约束%横向网格间距和名义厚度对黏结性能的影响&试验结果表明,增加埋置长度会提高黏结刚度,无箍筋试件发生劈裂破坏,黏结强度与名义厚度的关系尚不明确&在试验的基础上,提出了碳纤维复材网格混凝土锚固长度的设计建议. Carbon Obeo reinforced polymec grids(CFRP grids)it a new type of high performance engineering mate/al with increesingly engineering applicetions in recent yeers.Based on 12 beems specimens which were tested undE imono ronie s ra rie yoading,rhEbonding p iopE iri s bErw En CFRP giidsand eoneir and aneho i yng rh w iE researched.The effects of embedding length,lateral restraint,yansverse grid spacing and nominal thickness on the bonding properties were discussed.The tesr results indiccted that the increese of anchoraae length ceuld improve the bonding stiffness.Splitting failure occurred in the uncenfined specimen,and the relationship between bonding strength and nominal thickness remained uncleac.Finally,on the basis of the tests,some desicn suggestions foc anchoraae length of CFRP grids were given.
