摘要
为研究盘扣式钢管承重支架的力学性能,进行了7组不同架体的单跨两步足尺试验,获得了支架的极限承载力、挠度、应变、失稳模态和不同参数的影响规律&结果表明,在竖向荷载作用下,所有架体均发生平面外失稳,竖向斜杆搭设在水平杆与水平杆上或者无竖向斜杆的架体都发生第二步单根立杆屈曲失稳,而未搭设在水平杆与水平杆上的架体均发生架体扭曲失稳;由于第二步的立杆约束弱于第一步,最大侧向位移都集中在第二步立杆上;立杆是架体的主要受力杆件,最大应变都出现在立杆上,而竖向斜杆和水平杆上的应变较小.
In ordes to study the mechanicct properties of disc-buckled steel tube formwork supports,the tests on 7 different single-span two-step full-scale frames wero ccrried out.The ultimate bearing capacity,deflection,strain,failure mode and influence laws of different parameters of the formwork supports were obtained.The results showed that,undee the vertical loading,all the frames exhibited out-of-plane instability.Buckling instability in the seccnd step of single vertical steel tube occurred foe the frames with the vertical inclined steel tube placcd on the horizontal steel tube and the horizontal steel tube os the frames without the vertical inclined steel tube,whie the frames without the horizontal steel tube and the horizontal steel tube were distorted unstably.Sincc the ccnstraint of the seccnd step was weckes than that of the first step,the seccnd step of the vertical tube had the maximum lateral displaccment.The vertical tube was the main membes beering toad in the frame,and the maximum strain appeerred on the verticat tubes,whieethestainson theveticaeinceined tubeand hoioontaetubeweesmae.
