钢隔震墩在低层框架结构中的应用研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF STEEL ISOLATION PIER IN LOW-RISE FRAME STRUCTURES

摘要 钢筋沥青隔震技术在砖砌体农居的减震效果已经过工程实践检验,但在低层框架结构中应用还不常见&为研究其抗震性能,根据相关理论设计了一种新型钢结构隔震墩,介绍其构造%工作原理及设计理论,制作了1/2缩尺框架子结构模型,通过地震模拟振动台试验输入Taft波和卧龙波,对比分析结构地震反应,研究钢隔震墩模型的振动特性&试验表明:在100 cm/%2的地震动作用下,隔震层钢筋处于弹塑性工作状态,震后能复位到接近原点;钢隔震墩加速度折减系数一般在0.52以下,具有明显的减震效果;结构变形主要发生在隔震层,极大减小了上部结构地震反应&同时,钢隔震墩施工方便,造价低廉,耐久性好,可以在乡镇地区低层框架结构房屋及变电站建筑中广泛推广使用. The damping effect of reinforced asphali isolation technique in rural masonry has been tested in engineering practice,but it is rareiy applied in low-rise frame structures.In order to study its seismic performance,the new-type oeeeeiooeaeion pieiwaomanueaeuied a-oidingeoehe-oieeaeion eheoiy,and eheoeiu-euie,opeiaeingpiin-ipeeand design theery of the device were introduced.One 1:2 scale model of frame substructure was designed.By comparing the inpui TaO and Wolong ground motions and structural seismic responses in shaking table tests,the dynamic characteristics of the isolation piee were studied.The results showed that:undee theseismic wave with thepeek acccleration of 100 cm/s2,the steel of the isolation piee worked in the elastoplastic range and the good restoration of bearings cculd be observed.The acceleration reduction factoe of the isolation layee was below 0.52 and good damping effect cculd be obtained.Structurat deformation mainly occurred in the isolation layee,which greatly reduccd the seismic response of the superstructure.The sted isolation piee was easy te ccnstruct,low in ccst and good in durability,which should be widely promoted in low-rise frame structure houses and substation buildings in township aeeas.
