复杂环境下数码电子雷管在土石方爆破工程中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 合宁高速改扩建工程待爆区域紧贴高速公路,边坡高度高,爆堆易挤向高速公路,为控制爆堆方向以减少对高速公路路面及通车的影响,爆破中使用数码电子雷管精确控制爆破时序。待爆区域为3座山体,根据爆区地形地质条件和周围环境以及设计要求,决定采用排间延时松动爆破,采用110 ms间隔由两边向中间对称逐排起爆。第1个山体共29排,延期时间为260~1800 ms;第2个山体共37排,延期时间为150~2100 ms;第3个山体,因体量大采取了中间20排的每排前3个孔逐孔起爆,在此基础上采用110 ms间隔由两边向中间对称逐排起爆,共57排,延期时间为150~6300 ms。为节省爆破工程成本,本次爆破采用了导爆索和数码电子雷管结合网路,对于设置为同一延期时间起爆的炮孔用导爆索串接代替数码电子雷管,节约数码电子雷管数量约800发,实际数码电子雷管使用数量仅390发。起爆后,3座山体完全按照预期成功爆破,爆堆范围合理,飞石控制良好,完全达到了爆破目标。 The blasting area of Hening Highway reconstruction and extension project is close to the expressway,the slope is high and the muckpile is easy to sque-eze into the expressway.Digital electronic detonators were used to precisely control the blasting time sequence so that we can control the direction of the muckpile to reduce the impact on the highway pavement and traffic.The area to be exploded is three mountain bodies.According to the topographic and geological conditions of the blasting area,the surrounding environment and design requirements,row by row millisecond time delay loose blasting was used with 110 ms interval to initiate the blasting from both sides to the middle symmetrically.The first mountain had a total of 29 rows,the delay time was 260~1800 ms,the second mountain had 37 rows,the delay time was 150~2100 ms.In the third mountain,the first three holes of each row in the middle 20 rows were taken to initiate hole by hole due to the large volume.The total rows were 57,and the delay time was 150~6300 ms.Because the cost of digital detonators was slightly higher,in order to save the cost of blasting engineering,combination network of detonating cord and digital electronic detonators was adopted.For the holes set to be detonated at the same time connected by detonating cord,in this way,the number of digital electronic detonators were reduced about 800 rounds,and the actual number of digital electronic detonators is only 390 rounds.After the initiation,the three mountain bodys were blasted successfully in accordance with the expectation.
