分阶段目标教学在介入手术室护理实习带教中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 目的 探讨分阶段目标教学在介入手术室护理实习生带教的实践与效果。方法 将77名护理实习生分为观察组(n=39)与对照组(n=38)。观察组采用分阶段目标教学模式,将实习时间分为4个阶段,分别根据教学目标制定带教计划与内容;对照组采用一师一生的传统教学模式。比较两组实习生的考核成绩和对教师的满意度。结果 观察组的理论成绩、操作成绩和学习展示成绩(92. 8±3. 4,91. 7±4. 3,91. 3±3. 7)明显高于对照组(86. 7±4. 1,85. 9±5. 2,85. 6±5. 7),观察组对教师满意度(92. 9%)明显高于对照组(87. 3%),两组比较差异均具有显著统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论 分阶段目标教学使护理实习生的理论理解与实践能力均得到有效的提高,且引导实习生循序渐进,逐步强化,大大地提高了实习生学习与工作的积极性,也能同时提高实习生与带教老师的主观能动性,不断促进带教质量的提高。 Objective To explore the practice and effects of phased target teaching in nursing interns teaching of intervention radiology room. Methods A total of 77 interns in the intervention radiology room were divided into control group and observation group. The observation group( n = 39) were adopted the phased target teaching method,which divided the time of internship into four stages according to the teaching target to make plan and content. The control group( n = 38) were taught by traditional teaching method. The satisfaction scores,theoretic and operational examination scores of the two groups were analyzed. Results The satisfaction scores,theoretic and operational examination scores of observation group were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The phased target teaching could effectively improve the ability of interns to learn and deal with problems,it could guide the interns gradually strengthened and greatly improve their enthusiasm to work and study. Moreover,It can improve the initiative of the interns and teacher,and improve the quality of teaching.
