肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌效果分析

Analysis of effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation on primary liver cancer

目的:探究肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌效果。方法:选取83例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,对照组42例给予肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,研究组41例采取肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,术后1年、3年、5年生存率均高于对照组,治疗后甲胎蛋白水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组肝功能指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌效果显著,能有效提高患者临床疗效及术后生存率,且安全性强。

Objective: To analyze and study effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation in treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods: 83 patients with primary liver cancer were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(n=42) and study group(n=41) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, while the study group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The treatment effective rate of the study group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 83.33%;the 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year survival rates were higher than those of the control group;the level of alphafetoprotein was significantly lower than that of the control group after the treatment;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of liver function indexes between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05). Conclusions: Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer has significant effects. It can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and postoperative survival rate with high safety.
