匹多莫德口服液联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果观察

Clinical study of Pidotimod oral solution combined with Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets in treatment of chronic urticaria

目的:观察匹多莫德口服液联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法:选取86例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各43例,对照组应用枸地氯雷他定片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合匹多莫德口服液治疗,比较两组临床体征改善情况、T细胞亚群水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后研究组瘙痒、风团数目及风团直径积分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均明显高于对照组,CD8+明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗有效率为97.7%(42/43),明显高于对照组的86.0%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德口服液联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果更显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,纠正患者细胞免疫平衡。

Objective: To observe effects of Pidotimod oral solution combined with Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets on chronic urticaria. Methods: 86 patients with chronic urticaria were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(n=43) and study group(n=43) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets, while the study group was treated with Pidotimod oral solution on the basis of that of the control group. Results: After the treatment, the number of the patients with pruritus, the number of wheals, and the wheal diameter scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the CD8+ level was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment effective rate of the study group was 97.7%(42/43), which was significantly higher than the control group of 86.0%(37/43), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Pidotimod oral solution combined with Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets has a more significant effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of these patients and correct their cellular immune balance with good safety.
