摘要 目的:观察SBAR沟通模式在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取80例心内科急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行SBAR沟通模式干预,分析护理人员的病情观察质量、患者负面情绪变化状况、护理不良事件发生状况、患者满意度状况。结果:观察组护理人员病情观察质量全面率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组交接班评估量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者护理中实施SBAR沟通模式可提升护理人员病情观察质量,减少护理不良事件,改善患者负面情情绪及护理满意度。 Objective: To explore application effects of SBAR communication mode in nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction in the department of cardiology(from January 2017 to December 2018) were studied. They were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received SBAR communication mode intervention. The quality of the nursing staffs’ disease observation, the change of patients’ negative emotions, the occurrence of adverse nursing events and the patients’ satisfaction were analyzed. Results: 23 cases in the observation group and 17 cases in the control group were comprehensively observed by the nursing staffs. The overall rate of quality of the nursing staffs’ disease observation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of the handover evaluation scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of SBAR communication mode in the nursing of the patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the quality of nursing staffs’ disease observation, reduce the nursing adverse events, and improve the patients’ negative emotions and the nursing satisfaction.
