摘要
以FeCl3为氧化剂,通过简单的化学氧化法制备了聚吡咯(PPy),并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对所制备的聚吡咯进行了表征。以所制备的PPy为负极,分别以LiCoO2、LiMn2O4和LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2为正极,组装成水系扣式电池测定其电化学性能。结果表明:在0.1 A/g的电流密度下,PPy的比容量最高表现为65 mAh/g左右;充放电循环1 000次之后,容量保持率可以达到80%,远大于传统的水系电池。PPy作为水系锂离子电池的负极材料表现出了优秀的倍率性能和良好的循环性能。
Polypyrrole(PPy)is prepared by the simple method of chemical oxidation using FeCl3 as oxidizing agent,and then characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR).The electrochemical properties are determined by means of a button cell with the PPy as the negative electrode,LiCoO2,LiMn2O4 and LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 as the postive electrode respectively.The results show that the specific capacity of PPy is about 65 mAh/g at a current density of 0.1 A/g,and the capacity retention of the material can reach 80%after 1000 cycles of charge and discharge,which is far better than conventional water batteries.As the negative material of the aqueous lithium ion battery,PPy has shown excellent rate capability and good cycling performance.
