摘要
为提高锂氟化碳电池氟化碳正极比能量和在放电过程中的结构稳定性,采用丁苯橡胶、聚丙烯腈和聚丙烯酸基粘结剂等水系粘结剂制备新型氟化碳正极。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、循环伏安法(CV)、剥离强度、恒流放电等测试方法,对比研究了水性粘结剂和PVDF粘结剂对氟化碳正极结构稳定性和电性能的影响。结果表明聚丙烯酸基粘结剂具有良好的热稳定性和电化学稳定性,粘结力强,放电后极片结构稳定,不存在掉粉现象,制备的锂氟化碳电池比能量可达751 Wh/kg。
To improve the specific energy and structural stability of CFx cathode in Li/CFx battery,a new CFx cathode was prepared by using aqueous-processable polymer binders,such as styrene-butadiene rubber,polyacrylonitrile and polyacrylate binder.DSC,CV,peel strength,constant discharge current and other test methods were used to compare and study the influence of aqueous-processable binder and PVDF binder on the structural stability and electrical properties of the CFx cathode.The results show that the polyacrylate binder has good thermal and electrochemical stability,greater adhesion strength,stable electrode structure and no powder dropping phenomenon.The specific energy of the prepared Li/CFx battery was 751 Wh/kg.
