摘要
耐久性是阻碍质子交换膜燃料电池发展的重要原因。介绍了美国能源部与日本燃料电池商业化推进协会的加速测试方法,对两种测试方法的测试特点、适用范围等方面进行了分析,包括湿度循环、负载循环、启停循环、开路电压等工况下性能衰减的机理及主要材料的腐蚀特点。总结了提高燃料电池耐久性的方法和测试手段的进展。
Durability is an important reason hindering the development of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC).This paper introduced the accelerated test methods of the U.S.Department of Energy(DOE)and the Fuel Cell Commercialization Conference of Japan(FCCJ).In this paper,it is analyzed the test characteristics and application scope of the two methods,including the corrosion characteristics of main materials under humidity cycle,load cycle,start-stop cycle,and open-circuit voltage conditions.At the same time,this paper summarized progress of some testing methods.
