摘要
物流仿真技术是集成计算机技术、数学优化算法、数字化双胞胎技术,对现实物流系统进行虚拟验证的一项综合应用技术。它借助计算机技术对现实离散物流系统进行系统建模,并运用算法策略智能调度系统中智能起重设备,通过模拟实际系统的运行状态及智能起重设备的使用情况,获得系统的物流特性、设备能力匹配、产能等输出参数和基本特征。
Logistics simulation technology is a comprehensive application technology that integrates computer technology, mathematical optimization algorithms and digital twin technology to simulate the real logistics systems virtually. The computer technology is utilized to model the logistics system, and the algorithm strategy is adopted to compile the scheduling mode of the intelligent hoisting equipment. Thus the virtual simulation model can be run on the computer to imitate the operating status of actual system especially the intelligent hoisting equipment. Besides, the output parameters and basic characteristics of the simulation model can be gained through the observation and statistics of the simulation process.
