基于多重网格算法的蜗摆传动机构润滑数值模型分析

摘要 蜗摆传动机构是一种新型的减速机构,利用创新型的空间摆线结构作为驱动轴,传动滚子连接着从动轴,这种结构几乎消除了轴向窜动和径向跳动,与弧面凸轮传动机构相比承载力更大。根据蜗摆传动机构接触特点,简化机构模型,建立该传动机构的弹流润滑数值模型。并对数值模型进行无量纲化和离散化处理,对求解数值模型的多重网格算法进行分析编写,通过实例验证编写的正确性,为后一步的求解打下基础。 The worm gear transmission mechanism is a new type of deceleration mechanism, which uses an innovative spatial cycloidal structure as the drive shaft, and the drive roller is connected to the driven shaft. This structure virtually eliminates axial turbulence and radial runout. It is more bearing capacity than curved cam drive. According to the contact characteristics of the mechanism, the model is simplified, and the numerical model of the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the transmission mechanism is established. Dimensionless and discretized the numerical model, analyze and write the multigrid algorithm for solving numerical models. The correctness of the writing is verified by an example, which lays a foundation for latter solving.
