摘要
大型斗轮堆取料机的斗轮体主要用于大中型火力发电厂、矿山、冶金、化工等工矿企业储料堆场的快速、连续堆料,其构件设计形状不规则,制作时焊接变形大,质量精度要求高。文中通过阐述斗轮堆取料机斗轮体的作用、斗轮体的组成结构、主要技术状况和技术要求,对斗轮体制作过程中的难点和精度要求控制、装配顺序、焊接顺序、加工方案进行了较为详细的比较方案论证说明,制作方案实施后的结果论证了方案的有效性,为制造同类型设备提供一定借鉴和参考价值。
The circular stacker system of large stacker-reclaimers is generally used for the rapid and continuous stacker reclaiming in large-and medium-sized thermal power plants, mining, metallurgic plants, chemical plants, and other similar industrial and mining enterprises. Its components are irregularly designed, and undergo large welding deformation during the fabrication, so it calls for a high-quality precision. In this paper, based on the elaboration of the role, the composition, and the structure of the stacker as well as the main technical conditions and technical requirements thereof, the alternative schemes on the difficulties, precision requirements, assembly sequence, welding sequence and processing plan in the manufacturing process of the stacker were demonstrated and discussed. The implementation results of the manufacturing plan eventually verified the effectiveness of the scheme and provided some reference for the manufacturing of similar equipment type.
