为建立凹版印刷干燥系统数学模型,对凹版印刷干燥系统的溶剂、材料、热风和温度的影响进行机理分析,根据其机理建立了干燥材料的水分比的平衡方程,干燥室的热量平衡方程和风量平衡方程,最终得到该系统的数学模型,该数学模型能够更好地反应凹版印刷干燥规律,可以用来描述凹版印刷的热泵干燥进程,为凹版印刷干燥设备的热量利用上提供了良好的参考依据。

In order to establish the mathematical model of the gravure printing drying system, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of solvent, material, hot air and temperature on the gravure printing drying system, and establishes the equilibrium equation as the moisture ratio of the dry material according to the mechanism, and the heat balance equation of the drying chamber. And the airflow balance equation, finally get the mathematical model of the system, which can better reflect the gravure drying law, can be used to describe the heat pump drying process of gravure printing, it provides a good reference for the heat utilization of intaglio printing drying equipment.
