摘要
文章立足中药学专业人才培养的“核心能力”,紧扣国家、专业、行业、产业对中药学专业毕业生的培养需求,并通过毕业生去向单位反馈及时调整教学及课程体系,建立起高等教育与社会需求双向调控的机制,构建基于OBE理念及课程地图视角的评价体系,完善中药学专业课程体系,提升人才培养质量。基于OBE理念及课程地图视角的评价体系扭转了以课程考试成绩作为终结性评价方式的现状,同时也可为其他专业的改革提供参考,培养适应社会需求的应用型复合人才。
Based on the"core competence"of the training of Chinese pharmacy specialty,this paper closely links the needs of the country,specialty,industry for the graduates of Chinese pharmacy specialty,and timely adjusts the teaching and curriculum system through the feedback from employment units,establishes a bidirectional mechanism of higher education and social needs,and construct an evaluation system based on OBE concept and"curriculum map"perspective.Improve the curriculum system of Chinese pharmacy specialty and the quality of personnel training.The evaluation system based on OBE concept and curriculum map perspective has reversed the current situation in which the final evaluation method is the results of the curriculum examination.It also can provide reference for the reform of other majors and cultivate applied composite talents that meet the needs of society.
