2013—2017年我国静脉输液渗漏处理研究的文献计量学分析

Biliometric Analysis of Literatures on the Coping Interventions of Intravenous Infusion Leakage in China from 2013—2017

目的分析我国静脉输液渗漏处理研究发展态势,为今后的研究提供参考。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库,对2013-2017年我国关于输液渗漏处理研究的文献进行统计分析。结果共纳入272篇文献,发表于111种期刊和会议论文上;受科研基金资助的研究仅有11篇(4.04%);仅有27篇(10.2%)文献发表于核心期刊;研究方法以个案报告为主,其次是经验总结;处理措施共有20个。结论需加强静脉输液渗漏处理高质量科研论文的产出,探索更为科学有效的输液渗漏处理流程和实践标准,更好地为临床提供循证依据。

Objective To analyze the current status and development trend of researches on the coping interventions of intravenous infusion leakage in China,and toprovide reference for future studies.Methods Articles about the coping interventions of intravenous infusion leakage in Chinafrom 2013-2017 were retrieved fromCNKI,Wanfang and VIP database,and were analyzed systematically.Results Totally 272 articles were included which were published in 111 journals and academic meeting theses;11(4.04%)articles were supported by the research funds;27(10.2%)articles were published in core journals.The research method was mainly case report,followed by experience summary.There were 20 coping interventions.Conclusion High-quality research papers about the coping interventions of intravenous infusion leakage are needed.We should explore the scientific and effective processing flow and practice standard of intravenous infusion leakage,which can provide the evidence for clinical practice.
