多维自我效能促进性活动在化疗性骨髓抑制患者中的应用效果

目的观察多维自我效能促进性活动在化疗性骨髓抑制患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1-3月收住于我院的恶性肿瘤化疗病例70例为研究样本,以随机数字表法均分作对照组与试验组各35例,对照组接受化疗及骨髓抑制常规模式干预,试验组在对照组基础上加用多维自我效能促进性护理干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组恶性肿瘤化疗研究样本干预后化疗性骨髓抑制知识掌握度评分和安全治疗依从性评分显著高于对照组,骨髓抑制并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用多维自我效能促进性活动对化疗性骨髓抑制患者施加干预,可显著提升该类病例的化疗性骨髓抑制知识掌握度与安全治疗依从性,降低骨髓抑制并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of multi-dimensional self-efficacy promoting activity in patients with chemotherapeutic bone marrow suppression.Methods Seventy cases of malignant tumor chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from January to March 2018 were selected as the study sample,35 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the experimental group were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received chemotherapy and conventional intervention of bone marrow suppression model.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group added multi-dimensional self-efficacy to promote nursing intervention,and compared each observation index after intervention between the two groups.Results The score of bone marrow suppression knowledge mastery and safety treatment compliance after intervention was significantly higher in the trial group than in the control group,and the incidence of bone marrow suppression complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using multi-dimensional self-efficacy to promote the activity of intervention in patients with chemotherapeutic bone marrow suppression can significantly improve the knowledge of chemotherapeutic bone marrow suppression and safety treatment compliance,and reduce the incidence of complications of bone marrow suppression.
