摘要
本研究总结了2014年-2016年212名学员参加"护理人员科学思维培训班",采取计划-培训-巩固-反馈及导师负责制的模式进行培训的效果。课程主要包括打开思维、科研、管理、教学等,培训时间为8~10 d。以完成课后作业、课堂参与度情况及培训1年后撰写论文、发表论文及课题申报情况等作为培训效果评价指标。学习班结束时,212名学员共撰写标书58份,论文72篇,持续改进项目105项,学习总结687份,全部学员均有课堂发言,发言次数为1~10次;对三期学员在培训1年后调查,共撰写论文102篇,发表论文51篇,获批课题21项。认为计划-培训-巩固-反馈模式的学习班,有专门的导师对作业进行指导并能及时地了解学员的思想动态,对于调动学员的主观能动性起到了非常重要的作用,达到了较好的学习效果。
This study summarized the results of the effects of training on scientific thinking for 212 nurses who participated the"scientific thinking training program"from 2014-2016,using the pattern plan-training-consolidation-feedback mode.The courses involved open mind,research,management and etc.The training program lasted for 8~10 days.The training effect evaluated at the end of training by the homework,class participation and after 1 year of training by writing the papers,writing proposals and published papers and approved proposals.At the end of the training program,212 participants wrote 58 research proposals,72 papers,105 improving projects and 687 learning summaries.The participants had class speech from 1 to 10 times.After 1 year of training,102 papers were written,51 papers were published and 21 projects were approved.It is believed that The continuing education program using the plan-training-consolidation-feedback mode,and having tutor to guide the work and understanding the ideological dynamic of the students,can mobilize students’subjective initiative and achieve better outcomes.
