环流泡沫分离稠油炼制废水工艺研究

摘要 文中选择氯化铝作为絮凝助剂,以聚丙烯酰胺为助凝剂,确定了可有效分离絮凝物的表面活性剂SDS。研究了环流气浮分离塔的结构和pH、通气量、助剂浓度等工艺参数对处理效果的影响,建立环流气浮分离焦化装置废水中乳化油的实验研究装置和基本工艺。采用结构优化的环流气浮塔、连续气浮分离焦化废水中的乳化油,COD的去除率可达93%。 In this paper,aluminum chloride was selected as flocculation assistant and polyacrylamide was used as coagulation aid to determine the effective separation of flocculation surfactant SDS.The effects of the structure of the circulating air flotation separation tower and the technological parameters such as pH,ventilation and concentration of additives on the treatment effect were studied.The emulsified oil in coking wastewater was separated by the circulation air floation tower with optimized structure and continuous air floating,and the removal rate of COD was up to 93%.
