摘要 乙烯装置的稀释蒸汽发生器在运行过程中出现换热效率下降,分析原因为工艺水中不饱和烃聚合、管束内焦粉累积、换热器泄露产生油垢导致。通过汽油清洗换热器、定期排放、换热器泄露排查等方式提升换热器效率。通过进行工艺水甲苯萃取、增加旋液分离器、化学清洗等先进技术措施,保障了装置安全平稳高效运行。。 During the operation of the dilution steam generator in the ethylene plant,the heat exchange efficiency decreased,which was caused by unsaturated hydrocarbon polymerization in process water,coke powder accumulation in the tube bundle,and oil fouling caused by heat exchanger leakage.The efficiency of the heat exchanger was improved by cleaning the heat exchanger with gasoline,discharging regularly and checking the leakage of heat exchanger.The safe,stable and efficient plant operation was realized through water toluene extraction,the addition of liquid separator,chemical cleaning and other advanced technical measures.
