摘要
为了提高中小口径管道焊接质量,研发了一种管道焊接用的十字滑顶式衬垫装置。衬垫装置组成包括导轮部件、收放部件、弧形衬垫、连接部件、定位部件。衬垫装置使用时放到管道里,利用十字滑架依次顶压撑开大弧衬垫和小弧衬垫来封堵住管道坡口处,然后进行焊接作业。该衬垫装置具有径向尺寸较小、封堵坡口效果好、结构简单、操作方便等优点。
In order to improve the welding quality of medium and small diameter pipelines,a cross sliding jacking type padding device for welding pipelines is developed.The padding device consists of guide wheel component,retractable component,arc padding,connecting component and positioning component.When the padding device is used,it shall be put into the pipeline.The cross sliding frame shall be used to successively press and open the large arc padding and the small arc padding to seal the welding groove of the pipeline,and then the welding is carried out.The device has the advantages of small radial dimension,good sealing effect,simple structure and convenient operation.
